- Display patterns and trends in your own logged data

We do not share it with data brokers.3. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICE — ANTHROPICBiostie uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate personalized AI
responses. When you use AI features, the following data is sent
to Anthropic in real-time:- Meals and nutrition you log
- Symptoms and daily check-ins
- Health goals and profile information
- Blood and urine lab results you upload (when relevant to your query)
- Cycle and hormonal data (when relevant to your query)
- HealthKit data (when relevant to your query)
- Chat messages within your current sessionAnthropic processes this data solely to generate your response.
Per Anthropic's API data policy, this data is NOT used to train
their AI models and is retained only for short operational periods.
Anthropic provides equivalent or stronger data protection standards

you must explicitly accept the in-app "AI Consent" screen that
appears during onboarding. You can revoke consent at any time
in the app by deleting your data.4. DATA STORAGEYour data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData
framework. Biostie does not operate a backend database — we do
not store your health data on our servers. Data sent to Anthropic's
Claude API is processed in real-time and not retained by us.5. APPLE HEALTHKITIf you grant Biostie access to HealthKit, we read data such as
steps, sleep, heart rate, and weight to display patterns within
the app. HealthKit data is never used for advertising, never
sold, and is only sent to Anthropic if you explicitly use an
AI feature that needs that context. Biostie never writes data
to HealthKit.6. WELLNESS DISCLAIMERBiostie is a wellness and pattern-tracking app. It is not a
medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent
any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional
for medical decisions.7. YOUR RIGHTSYou can delete all your data at any time from the app:
More → Privacy & Data → Delete All My DataYou can also revoke AI consent and stop all data sharing with
Anthropic at any time by deleting the app.8. CHILDRENBiostie is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly
collect data from children under 13.9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICYWe may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top
